Not selected My Question: Hello lovelies! I am going to be studying in Thailand this summer (May through August) and want to travel as frequently as possible. I will be studying in Pathumthani, a bit north of Bangkok (35km I believe).
I am going to visit two schools we taught english/filmed a doc. at in Prajoup Khiri Khan (Chaikasem Wittaya and Ban Hin Turn). We will also be visiting the boys from that trip who are now going to school near chiang mai in Prayao. Other than that we are going to visit Lek Chailert in Chiang Mai when we go north to see how she is doing, but besides those commitments Im free to move about.
My question is in regards to Visas and travel arrangements. My interests include Cambodia (angkor), Burma, Laos, and hopefully Vietnam. Now, Im a student and will be on a budget while there, so that is my only other issue.
Any suggestions on places to go in this area, and how to get there are more than welcome. I will have a student visa while in Thailand (just to clarify. . .!)
